报告人：dr. sambasivam periyannan
sambasivam periyannan博士，澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究组织（csiro）研究员，长期从事小麦抗锈病基因的克隆及小麦-锈病分子互作研究。成功克隆得到小麦抗杆锈病sr33基因，报道mutrenseq小麦抗锈病基因快速克隆技术。以第一或通讯作者在science、nature biotechnology、plos pathogens、new phytologist及plant biotechnology journal等国际知名期刊上发表多篇sci论文。欧洲和地中海麦类锈病基金组织的董事会成员，sabrao journal of breeding and genetics期刊副主编，frontiers in plant science、agronomy、crop breeding及genetics and genomics等期刊编委会成员，plant biotechnology journal、bmc genomics、bmc plant biology、plant pathology及plant disease等期刊审稿人。
报告主要介绍澳大利亚csiro和国立大学在小麦锈病方面的最新研究进展，包括寄主抗病基因和小麦秆锈菌无毒（毒性）基因的克隆，及其小麦与叶锈菌互作的相关研究。
